EHI Consultants has been at the forefront of developing comprehensive Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) plans for more than 40 Kentucky airports that receive funding from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Our expertise in this area has enabled us to calculate DBE participation goals for FAA-funded airport projects and align them with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations outlined in 49CFR Part 26.
Working closely with the Atlanta Regional FAA office, we have successfully prepared recent DBE plans for a range of airports across Kentucky. These include Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, Capital City in Frankfort, Elizabethtown, Madison County, Henderson County, Hazard-Perry County, Georgetown-Scott County, Bardstown-Nelson County, Ashland-Boyd County, Marion-Washington County, Union County, Harlan County, Fleming-Mason County, Mt. Sterling-Montgomery County, Pikeville-Pike County, and West Liberty.
