Garrett Morgan Elementary: A Place for Education and Community

Discover the new elementary school campus that seamlessly blends education and community in Lexington’s vibrant neighborhood. Nestled on a 15-acre site near Polo Club Boulevard and Passage Mound Way, this project meets the needs of a growing residential development.

Spanning 73,000 square feet, the state-of-the-art campus provides a modern and spacious learning environment for 650 students. With ample on-site parking, accessibility, and convenience are prioritized for students, staff, and visitors.

EHI played a crucial role in civil engineering and site development. Our team designed the parking areas, driveways, and sidewalks, ensuring seamless connectivity and safe pathways. We also created comprehensive utility plans, including water, gas, and sanitary sewer systems. Our services extended to grading and drainage plans, stormwater management, water quality analysis, and erosion control strategies.
